NCLD 2008 Voices of LD Competition: Portraits of LD

In honor of our 31st anniversary,  the National Center for Learning Disabilities solicited works of art, photography, poetry, videos, essays, short stories, Web sites and blogs that expressed what life is like for individuals with learning disabilites.

Artists were asked to share with us expressions of hopes, dreams, struggles and successes, and to show us what their world looks like or tell us about how having a learning disability (LD) has shaped their life and goals.
