Regina Cooper InternshipThe Regina Cooper Internship is an opportunity for college students or recent graduates with learning disabilities (LD) and/or Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) to work with members of the NCLD team on a variety of projects across different program areas within the organization. The purpose of this internship is to provide opportunities for interns to contribute meaningfully to the work of NCLD, while honing interests and developing skills that will be helpful for career development and for successful transition to higher education or the workplace.

Regina Cooper (pictured at right) was a valued member of NCLD’s Development team for more than 12 years until her untimely death in 2013. Regina cared deeply for the individuals NCLD helps. By giving support and guidance to concerned parents and communicating with our thousands of supporters, Regina exemplified the spirit of NCLD’s mission of improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and difficulties.
