The Anne Ford and Allegra Ford Thomas Scholarships

The Anne Ford and Allegra Ford Thomas Scholarships offer financial assistance to two graduating seniors with documented learning disabilities (LD) who are pursuing post-secondary education.

The Bill Ellis Teacher Preparation Award is presented annually to a general education teacher who demonstrates excellence in teaching and a commitment to all students, including those with learning disabilities.

Pete & Carrie Rozelle Awards

NCLD’s Pete & Carrie Rozelle Awards are awarded annually to schools or school-related programs that have achieved extraordinary outcomes and have proven records of excellence in addressing the educational and social/behavioral needs of all children, including those with learning disabilities. Beginning in 2010, NCLD has recognized a public school and an independent school each year with an award of $2,500 to help enable further expansion of programmatic and staff development efforts that focus on incorporating effective research-based practices into classroom and school-wide practice.
