Web Editor, Online Strategy & Engagement
Andrew Lee is the web editor for the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD). He strives to make NCLD’s online content relevant, timely, and compelling for all who seek to overcome challenges to learning.Andrew’s presence at NCLD continues his work over the years of distilling public policy into simple clear messages that engage and push people to take action. Prior to NCLD, he was the supervising editor for In The Life Media, which produced the ground-breaking public television show In The Life about the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender experience. He has also edited for Bill Moyers Journal and for policy and advocacy organizations such as Human Rights in China. His media work has received a number of awards, including a Webby nomination for a video piece on artist censorship.
He has a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from NYU School of Law. He is very active in his local school district.
