Nina DiPadova



Nina DiPadovaAssociate, Public Policy

Nina DiPadova is an associate on NCLD's public policy team. She works diligently on education and disability law initiatives on Capitol Hill. Nina is a member of the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities Education Task Force and the Disability Rights Task Force. She is also a licensed attorney in the state of Maryland.

Prior to joining NCLD, Nina worked as a law clerk for an elder-law clinic and a disability law firm. Additionally, Nina has been an advocate for children and teens for over nine years, spending a large percentage of her time working with children in abused and neglected homes and teens in the juvenile court system.

Nina received a juris doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, where she earned accolades for her leadership. In law school, she was recognized as a semi-finalist in a National Moot Court Appellate Juvenile Law Competition in Orange County, CA. Nina received her B.A. from Denison University and has attended the Umbria Institute in Perugia, Italy.
