ESEA: What It Means for Students with Learning & Attention Issues

The Elementary and Secondary Education Act, also known as No Child Left Behind (ESEA/NCLB), is one of the most important education laws for students, including students with learning and attention issues.

Congress is working to rewrite the law and we need to make sure it prioritizes the needs of the 1 in 5 children with learning and attention issues. To make clear what’s at stake, we’ve put together a one page explanation of 6 opportunities and 5 threats for our kids in ESEA/NCLB.
