Nancy Poses

Nancy Poses is actively involved in making a difference in the lives of people with learning and attention issues. She has been engaged in the work of the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) for 15 years. Nancy is also a driving force behind the Poses Family Foundation, which supports a variety of areas, with a special emphasis on initiatives related to learning and attention issues for parents, the workplace, education, literacy and assistive technology.

Nancy serves on the Board of Trustees at Riverview School. In addition, Nancy is a member of the Board of Directors at PASE (Partnership for After School Education), The Drawing Center and The Whitney Museum.

She and her husband, Fred, live in New York City and have two children, Jake, 32, and Max, 29. Along with her husband, Nancy enjoys collecting contemporary art. She holds an Ed.M. in counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University.
