Samara Naeymi

Director of Strategy & Operations

Samara Naeymi brings her experience in team building and process consultation to the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) in her role as Director of Strategy & Operations.

Prior to NCLD, Samara was a freelance consultant for contemporary artists who were transitioning from self-production to commissioned work. She also acted as artistic director and producer of the Incubator Arts Project, which presented contemporary theater artists at its venue inside the historic St. Mark’s Church-in-the-Bowery, and was praised in print nationally and locally for its vibrant, enigmatic new work and gutsy curation. In 2010 her team won a Village Voice Obie Award for their work.

In her free time Samara works with Pandora Radio and Brick Shop Audio as a commercial voice actor and audiobook narrator. She received a bachelor of science degree with honors from the University of Kansas.
