The following are the major laws that protect individuals with learning disabilities: the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the Elementary Secondary Education Act/No Child Left Behind (ESEA/NCLB), The Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
