Co-Author: Surviving Learning Disabilities Successfully Danielle E. Graves is a mental health therapist at a day treatment center in Denver, Colorado. She plans to earn a doctorate degree in psychology with the ultimate goal of having a private learning consultant practice designed to work with children who have learning disabilities and their parents. Ms. Graves combines her love for children and horses by volunteering with Colorado horse therapeutic programs.
Following her graduation from the University of Denver in 2006 she decided to co-author, Surviving Learning Disabilities Successfully, with her mother, Nancy E. Graves. Their goal in sharing their personal story was to offer hope and inspiration to families who have children with learning disabilities, as well as to provide educators with insight into the challenges these families face as they attempt to maneuver through the school system. Ms. Graves currently lives in Denver, Colorado.
