Nancy Kingsbury is the Chair of NCLD’s Young Adult Committee and also serves on the Executive Committee. She is a member of the advisory board for the AIM Institute for Learning and Research, a center for educational excellence and professional development disseminating to educators the latest research, technology, and best practices in the fields of literacy and language-based learning disabilities including dyslexia. Nancy is the mother of four children — Katie, Ben, Emily, and Maggie —and grandmother to five — Isabella, Lilian, Teddy, Wyatt, and Gus. Nancy and her husband, Tom, live in Philadelphia. They Co-Chaired AIM Academy’s April 2016 10th Anniversary AIM for the Stars Gala. Nancy is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
