Kelly Fomalont

Senior Program Associate

Kelly Fomalont is the Senior Program Associate at the National Center for Learning Disabilities. She helps run programs to support and empower young adults with learning and attention issues.

Before joining NCLD, Kelly was an AmeriCorps VISTA development fellow at LIFT-DC, a national nonprofit that empowers families to break the cycle of poverty. During her year of service, she helped secure funding through grant writing and event planning.

Kelly graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in psychology, a minor in economics, and a public and professional writing certificate. As an undergrad, she was the student coordinator at her university’s Eye to Eye chapter. In this role, she ran a mentoring program for middle school students with learning and attention issues, planned a fundraising gala, and spoke at various events to advocate for students with learning and attention issues.
