Catrin Davies

Senior Director, Strategic Growth

Catrin Davies is the Senior Director of Strategic Growth for the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD). She leads the team’s development efforts to engage individual and institutional donors in NCLD’s mission. By growing revenue sources and building strong external partnerships, her aim is to enable NCLD and its programming to achieve both widespread scale and long-term sustainability.

Prior to NCLD, Catrin managed institutional funding streams at New Visions for Public Schools, an education nonprofit in New York City that serves 40,000 students annually. She was responsible for attracting investments in projects related to curriculum development, professional development, teacher certification, and data and technology. She previously served as a data consultant on a project to support the New Jersey Department of Education’s transition to using a standardized high school graduation rate formula and managed the resultant training and communications with districts. Catrin’s career path in education was sparked by early volunteer experiences spent tutoring and mentoring children with learning differences.

Catrin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and Master’s degree in educational policy from Stanford University, and she has participated in Columbia Business School’s executive education program for developing nonprofit leaders.
