Cindy Garcia

Finance & Operations Manager

Cindy Garcia serves on the finance and operations team at the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD). Cindy strives to provide precise data and reporting in order to comply with our guiding principles and help carry out the mission of NCLD. Her hard work is manifested through her consistently successful execution of all accounting affairs.

Cindy has volunteered at a variety of nonprofit organizations, where she has performed bookkeeping and administrative and outreach functions. Prior to Joining NCLD, she served as a financial coordinator at Lehman College and as a bookkeeper at Teachers College Press, Columbia University. She is honored to be a part of NCLD and a member of a team devoted to ensuring the success of all individuals with learning and attention issues.

Cindy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Lehman College and plans to work toward a master’s degree in accounting and become a CPA.
