Ginny Osewalt

Expert Engagement Manager

As expert engagement manager, Ginny oversees the communication between Understood’s roster of experts and our users both onsite and on social channels. Ginny is a former public school elementary and special education teacher and has taught students in general education, inclusion, resource room and self-contained settings. She was also a long-standing member of the intervention and referral services team in her building.

Ginny received her teaching certification through the New Jersey Alternate Route Program and later earned her Teacher of Students with Disabilities certification. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
