Marcos Franco Murillo

Operations Manager

Marcos Franco Murillo is the operations manager in the strategy and operations group for the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) Understood.org program. He is responsible for the identification, planning and execution of process and technical systems based projects, ensuring that our teams are actively optimizing the way we collaborate and execute our work, as well as ensuring that our platform is effectively serving our parents.

Prior to joining NCLD, Marcos worked for a San Francisco based start up helping them operate and scale their newly launched NYC office and subsequently oversaw the creation of a new functional group of 40+ team members across the organization. He has also worked in various operations management and analyst capacities at Liquidity Services Inc., the premier reverse logistics company and Target Corporation.

Marcos earned his B.B.A from George Washington University with a minor in International Economics.
