Marcos Franco Murillo

Operations Manager

Marcos Franco Murillo is the Operations Manager in the strategy and operations group for the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) Understood.org program. He is responsible for the identification, planning and execution of business operations and systems optimization projects. His work helps our teams actively improve the way they do their work and collaborate with each other. In addition, he works closely with our technology team to ensure that the Understood.org platform is effectively serving our parents.

Prior to joining NCLD, Marcos worked for a San Francisco based start up helping them operate and scale their newly launched NYC office and subsequently oversaw the creation of a new functional group of 40+ team members across the organization. He has also worked in various operations management and analyst capacities at Liquidity Services Inc., the premier reverse logistics company and Target Corporation.

Marcos earned his B.B.A from George Washington University with a minor in International Economics.
