Thomas Pardee

Creative Manager

Thomas Pardee is the creative manager for the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD). He manages a team of designers, photo editors and video producers to create engaging and impactful visual and video content for NCLD and its partners.

Before joining the team at NCLD, Thomas produced social media content for Birchbox, the leader in subscription e-commerce. There, he managed the strategic creation of social-first content for the company’s beauty and grooming verticals. Prior, he worked at Advertising Age magazine, where he served at different times as a web producer, video producer and general assignment reporter covering everything from drag queen TV shows to Facebook marketing best-practices.

Thomas holds a B.A. in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago and is a big fan of both exercise and podcasts (but, ironically, not together).
