Victoria Rayol is an enthusiastic advocate for individuals with learning disabilities. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Victoria pursued her academic and athletic aspirations in the United States. She attended a Division 1 school, where she not only competed as a swimmer but also pursued a double major in marketing and entrepreneurship, graduating from the University of Houston in May 2019. Her time at the university allowed her to be part of the nation’s top-ranked program in entrepreneurship, providing her with valuable skills and knowledge.

After completing her studies, Victoria entered the advertising industry, where she excelled as a project manager for three years. Managing multiple projects across diverse marketing platforms, she gained valuable experience and contributed significantly to various campaigns. Additionally, Victoria worked for a startup as a project specialist, playing a key role in leading projects and facilitating the company’s growth.

Guided by her deep passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities, Victoria’s journey eventually led her to the National Center for Learning Disabilities. There, she continues her advocacy efforts by collaborating with parents, educators, and policymakers to develop policies and programs that provide necessary support to those with learning disabilities.

Victoria’s motivation, passion, and skills make her a dedicated advocate, determined to positively impact the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Her commitment to making a difference in this field underscores her unwavering dedication to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for those with learning disabilities.
